 KING(R) franchisee in Puerto Rico, and PepsiCo Beverages International today
 announced that they have renewed an exclusive, multi-year agreement to serve
 Pepsi brands (Pepsi, 7Up, Diet Pepsi and Mirinda) in each of the 163 BURGER
 KING(R) restaurants operated by Caribbean Restaurants in Puerto Rico.
