Centre opening hours
- Monday to Friday - 6.30am to 10.00pm
- Saturday - 8.00am to 8.30pm
- Sunday - 9.00am to 8.30pm
Please note that during peak times there may be a queuing system in place for the gym, due to the high demands of the service.
The peak times are as follows;
- Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 11:30am
- Monday to Friday - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Fast track system
Your membership cards for all annual and direct debit members are now available for you to collect at Becontree Heath Leisure Centre.
As an annual Active member or a direct debit Active member you can now use the fast track facility available on site where you can book yourself onto an Aerobics class, Fitness session, Swimming session and a Sports Hall session.
All Active members must log their activity at either the fast track kiosk or at reception before each session.
