Coldwater Seafood employs over 500 people across its two manufacturing “centres of excellence” in Grimsby and we are proud to be one of the largest private employers in the Humber region. Over the last few years we have focused our operations on producing premium quality seafood, ready meals and coated fish to leading UK and international retailers.

We work closely with our customers to help them provide exciting, innovative and tasty products for their customers. Our team works hard in our modern food manufacturing facilities to deliver meal solutions of consistent quality with a competitive advantage that our customers rely on. From coated fish to highly innovative ready-to-eat seafood, each product is made with care and attention to detail at every stage, from inception to delivery.
