Miley Cyrus' new album Bangerz may have just dropped last month, but the "Wrecking Ball" singer is still popping up in new music releases. Today (Nov. 5), rapper Future dropped a new single "Real and True," a love song heavily featuring Cyrus.

"When the sun dies / And the stars fade from view / Our love will remain real and true / Through the distance and cold depths of space / The radio sings our sing / Our love remains real and true," Future (and eventually Cyrus) sing in the track's mellowed out chorus.

Reminiscent of one of Drake's personal songs, Future manages to sound dedicated to his girl (Ciara, by the way) until the end of days. While lyrics about the sun and other stars dying seem heavily bleak, Future and Cyrus manage to make the end of the universe sound like a romantic lullaby.

A rapper by trade, Future relies heavily on auto-tune technology as he ventures into R&B singing territory. Known best for his hard-knocking track "Same Damn Time," it's pretty likely Future can't carry a singing tune on his own, but the heavy use of computerized technology takes away from the rawest emotions of the song. And in a dedicated love ballad, the feelings are what truly matter.

The auto-tuning then continues onto Cyrus' vocals of the track. This helps to keep a cohesive sound throughout the track but manages to distract from Cyrus' true talents. It's not particularly apparent in her Bangerz days, but the former Hannah Montana does have a strong voice (as displayed in "Wrecking Ball"), but it's under-utilized here on "Real and True."

Despite its fallbacks, "Real and True" manages to get its point across and be tender. It's easy to see young teens falling in semi-love to the song, and perhaps that is what is really real and true in the end.
