About PunaMust.orgPunaMust (RedBlack) began as an anarchist movement in early 2006. That was the first time when anarchists and anti-authoritarian leftists of Estonia started to seriously organize. From that time to 2008 various actions where held. The biggest demonstration that PM organized was
in november of 2006 when US president George W. Bush visited Tallinn. March against Iraqi war and US foreign policies in general gathered 150-200 participants. Also smaller actions, movie showings etc. were organized.
In spring 2008 after some problems within the movement, it was decided to disband the organization. After that PunaMust.org continued to be a forum-based internet enviroment,
where different activists could organize. For an example, a movement "No Police-state!"
was formed by members of the forum, to fight back a bill that would have increased the rights of police and by that eventually being a threat to freedom and human rights. The campaign ended with a march of 100 people.
The members of the forum also started Really Really Free Market movement. Several RRFMs have been held in Tallinn and Tartu and have been one of the most popular events organized by local anarchists.
