John Latham

president and ceo, The University of Law

Before taking the role at the University of Law, formerly the College of Law, John Latham was vice president for International Business Development at Laureate Education, the world’s leading network of private universities. During his time here, Latham led a major online initiative establishing new partnerships nationally and internationally. Latham previously spent 13 years working with Russell Group universities including the universities of Manchester and Liverpool, and he took the lead in the establishment of Liverpool’s Chinese university, XJTLU. He also spent time as a board member of the Quality Assurance Agency of Higher Education and a founding trustee of the North Liverpool City Academy. In his current role, Latham will oversee ULaw in its development as a global leader in higher education.
