As the World Cup comes to the UK for the first time since 1991, English rugby faces a big year. As head of the organising committee, Debbie Jevans has a lot of responsibility on her shoulders, but boasts a CV to match. A member of the London 2012 Olympic bid team in 2003, she was LOCOG’s director of sport for the Olympics themselves, with a staff of 20,000 and a budget of £160 million.
