Three years ago we began to work towards a new vision which would integrate sustainability across our business. We produced our first integrated report and set out a plan to improve our approach.

This year we’ve gone beyond our targets and delivered £285.1 million revenue profit to the Treasury, up from £267.1 million in the previous year.
