This painting was originally painted by unknown Qing Dynasty royal court painter. This is a portrait of Qing Emperor Yong Zheng, father of Emperor QIanlong. Emperor Yongzheng, son of Emperor Kangxi, was the fourth emperor of the QIng Dynasty. He was known as a very hard working emperor. He also enjoyed dressing up as Chinese Han scholar.
This portrait is replicated by artist Cao Xiaohui. Hand painted with a great amount of detail, the painting is mounted on a silk Chinese scroll.
