Hello, this is TS Entertainment.
Firstly, we would like to apologize again for causing concern to everyone due to the unexpected occurrences within the past few months.
Since the problem occurred on November 11th 2014, we have prioritized solving the issue and made our best effort to recover the trust with B.A.P. Through our series of numerous communication trials and heartfelt efforts, we finally recovered the trust of each other and B.A.P returned to TS Entertainment on August 1st 2015.
No matter what the reason is, we fully recognize that this long process has been a painful one for the B.A.P members, their parents, and the fans who have always been the main source of unwavering support to the group, and promise that we will make our earnest effort to create B.A.P's bright future.
We highly thank the fans, who have patiently waited for B.A.P's return, and those who have supported us with your unwavering trust. TS Entertainment will continue to create a better environment for all of our artists and focus on bringing better music to you all.
Even if the situation may bring mixed response, it looks like BABYs will finally be getting to see B.A.P promote after a long hiatus.

BAP had the upper hand here (TS is a small label, and BAP are very talented and could survive on their own, in a diminished form, a bit like JYJ). They would not have gone into legal proceedings without knowing the risks, and the lawyers would have given them strong negotiating power.
This was the best possible outcome. It implies BAP are now at least getting moderate salaries and some say over working conditions (the lawyers would have insisted), and TS Entertainment is incredibly talented (just look at their high quality BAP MVs) so it is a far better outcome that BAP signing onto a small independent label, or forming their own. As much as I like JYJ, they never realised their potential like in SM; this is by far the more reliable and stronger outcome.

I'm sort of having mixed feelings about this... I really want to see BAP on stage again. When I went to one of their concerts, they looked like they really enjoy performing and being on stage. They had soooo much energy... but then they suffered so much before the lawsuit. I just hope and pray that TS doesn't pull something like that again on our boys.. ;
