CME Live Cattle futures deliveries are made either live-graded, at a stockyard, or carcass-graded, at a slaughter plant. The Live Cattle Delivery Manual outlines the delivery process.
View the location of each CME-approved stockyard and slaughter plant, along with the daily delivery capacity limits and “blackout days” on the map below. You can also find the address and contact information for each location.
All locations are separated by territory. You can view the territories by clicking on the sidebar icon in the upper left-hand corner.
Once you are able to see the side bar, you can choose to hide territories by deselecting the check box next to that territory. When you hide a territory, the locations within that territory will be removed from the map.
