Rich Lister buys Manly’s most expensive home

Financial Review Rich Lister and the founder of Maas Group, Wes Maas, and his wife Emma have emerged as the buyers of Manly’s most expensive home, according to well-placed property sources.

The former South Sydney Rabbitohs player who founded the Dubbo-based, ASX-listed construction materials, equipment and services giant, is widely tipped to be behind the purchase of a designer ocean-view home on Bower Street.
