Ace0fredspades: Alex Tanana

I've always introduced Alex Tanana (Ace0fredspades) as a Russian animator, but his heritage is not as simple. Alex was born in Polotsk, Belarus and moved to Vilnius, Lithuania in order to study Media and Visual Design at European Humanities University.

Alex learned Flash animation while at school, but through experimentation, taught himself his own animation effects. His animated works can be described as psychadelic, existential mind-journies, influenced by his personal interests in spiritual healing, meditation and yoga.

Alex was a member of DeviantArt, and in 2010 found an outlet on Albino Blacksheep to express his unique animation style, receiving very positive feedback.
