Diana and the Cartel: Diana Battles Helicopters, Drugs, and Slavery Kindle Edition

5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 4 ratings

Diana was just an ordinary girl with the usual dreams of attending college, getting a nice paying job, and making a difference. Her friends and family supported her and her dreams. She never dreamed that a family member would sexually assault her and develop his drug business without fear of being caught and punished. That event changed her future forever. Later she was drugged, kidnapped, and offered for sale as a sex slave. After her rescue, she was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder, which could prevent her from bringing her attacker to justice. With help from her parents and friends and mental health professionals, Diana forms a coalition of military and civilian personnel and embarks on a crusade to bring her attacker to justice.

This book was very well researched. The attention to detail of weapons used was impressive. I also liked how the author used some personal names and places. The mention of the Frantic Five brought back great memories. It was a quick and easy read. Well done!

It was about a subject that isn’t written about very often. Glad the author was willing to talk about it.

I read this book today. I thoroughly enjoyed it, in fact I couldn’t put it down. Can’t go wrong with this one.
