Packaged very well, none of the parts were damaged at all, and all were included, a few with backups. Relatively easy to put together. The adjustments are very detailed. The detail in the finish is amazing. It's definitely a lot of money for a chair, but if you are looking to spend this much I wouldn't get anything else.
