I bought this 1 year protection plan in case I dropped my fire in water. I ended up using the protection plan just after 1 year was over. When I called this company they took my info and told me I was right at a year but since my fire was broken they would send me another. I received the fire in the mail a few days later. My refurbished fire is working great. It's been 2 months and I have had no issues with the replacement. I plan to use this company in the future for any other items I purchased.
