Kane scored Spurs' final goal at the historic stadium to ensure Spurs went a whole season unbeaten at home for the first time in 52 years. The win was their 14th in a row at the Lane, equalling a 30-year-old record. But they will still end the season without a trophy, having also been beaten by Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-finals last month.
Eriksen is contracted at Spurs until 2020, having signed a new four-year deal with the North London club in September 2016.
But while he was rewarded for his fine form by the Tottenham supporters, the 25-year-old missed out on the shortlist for the Premier League's Player of the Season award.
Team-mates Alli, Kane and Jan Vertonghen were all nominated, alongside Alexis Sanchez, Romelu Lukaku and Chelsea's N'Golo Kante, Cesar Azpilicueta and Eden Hazard.
