Main Library Fall Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Special Collections Reading Room Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM and by appointment

The Frances Loeb Library is open to the public. We are located on the first floor of Gund Hall (48 Quincy Street).
Please be aware that intermittent noise & unforeseen disturbances may occur until major renovations of Gund Hall are completed in fall 2024.
Researchers with mobility concerns needing access to the lower level of the library can ask for accommodation at the library’s first-floor service desk.

The AADN was developed by the Frances Loeb Library in collaboration with the GSD’s African American Student Union.
Building For Tomorrow
In 2017, The Frances Loeb Library received an Institute of Museum and Library Services National Forum Grant to support two meetings of engaged stakeholders – architects, architectural historians, archivists, librarians, technologists, and digital preservationists – to support long-term preservation of digital design data.
