MP Haste (MPヘイスト MP Heisuto?) is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to recover MP more quickly.

Starting from Kingdom Hearts II, MP Hastera (MPヘイスラ MP Heisura?) and MP Hastega (MPヘイスガ MP Heisuga?) appear alongside MP Haste as more advanced versions.

Mechanics[edit]

In Kingdom Hearts, MP Haste is a support ability that increases the rate at which MP is recovered when the user attacks enemies. It costs 3 AP to equip.

In Kingdom Hearts II, MP Haste, MP Hastera, and MP Hastega are support abilities that increase the restoration speed of the MP Gauge during MP Charge, with MP Haste increasing it by 25%, MP Hastera by 50%, and MP Hastega by 75%. MP Haste costs 3 AP to equip, MP Hastera costs 4 AP, and MP Hastega costs 5 AP.

In Kingdom Hearts III, MP Haste, MP Hastera, and MP Hastega are support abilities that increase the restoration speed of the MP Gauge during MP Charge, with MP Haste increasing it by 10%, MP Hastera by 20%, and MP Hastega by 30%. MP Haste costs 3 AP to equip, while MP Hastera and MP Hastega can only be obtained through weapons and accessories.

  • The Classic Tone has MP Haste as its equipment ability, and can have up to two more once it reaches levels 6 and 9.
  • The Sorcerer's Ring has MP Haste as its equipment ability.
  • The Bronze Necklace has MP Haste as an equipment ability.
  • The Silver Necklace has MP Haste as an equipment ability.
  • The Master's Necklace has MP Haste as an equipment ability.
