Joshua Antonini is the energy and environmental policy research analyst at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. He joined the Mackinac Center in May 2022 as an environmental policy intern and moved to his current position in May 2023.
A native Texan, Joshua came to Michigan to study economics at Hillsdale College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2022. He appreciates Michigan’s cooler temperatures but is still getting used to the wintry road conditions.
Joshua is energized on a daily basis to have the opportunity to write about energy and environmental policy and its far-reaching implications.
A voracious learner, Joshua’s free time is filled with podcasts, articles, audiobooks, and paper books. He enjoys proselytizing for his passions, from policy to faith to country music and most everything in between.
