All Geared Up is a 4-Player and Duel minigame in Mario Party DS. The name is a term referring to when a person is ready to go.

Gameplay[edit]

The four players are at the bottom of the inside of a grandfather clock, somewhat resembling Tick Tock Clock. The players must climb to the top. To climb, everyone must ascend by jumping onto various platforms that may be moving, sticking out and in (like a Bomp), and rotating. The players can jump on opponents to hinder them. The first player who climbs to the top wins.

Controls[edit]

  • +Control Pad – Move
  • A Button – Jump

In-game text[edit]

  • Rules"Climb the gears and platforms to reach the goal. Some platforms may rotate or disappear after some time."
  • Tips"Head for the goal by the least crowded path you can find. If you get stuck near someone, you'll waste time trying to make your way upward."
