Mr. Cheekies are gorilla-like enemies that reside in Sneezemore Cave in Wario: Master of Disguise. They are apes, made to appear old, as they are seen wearing dentures. Mr. Cheekies' main method of attack is by charging towards Wario and, when close, passing flatulence that damages him upon contact. As such, the "Cheeky" in their name may be a reference to buttocks. Once Mr. Cheekies are defeated, they turn into tiny monkeys and flee the scene. A total of 22 Mr. Cheekies appears in the entire game. They appear in A Third Thief Brings Grief! and Special Episode Part 2.
In-game description[edit]
This poor ape is old enough to need dentures, and yet still doesn't have the hang of the whole potty-training thing. Hence the undies and angry demeanor.

Trivia[edit]
- Mr. Cheeky's enemy description in the German localization differs completely from the English one. Unlike the English localization, it does not state anything about Mr. Cheeky being old or wearing dentures. The description reads, "Eine geradezu krankhafte Vorliebe für Bohnen hat diesen Gorilla zu dem gemacht, was er heute ist. Da sieht selbts Wario alt aus," which translates to "An almost pathological affection for beans has made this gorilla what it is today. This makes even look Wario old in comparison."
