This was a birthday gift to my friend. Unfortunately, there was no gift card or messages attached to it so she didn't know I sent it until I spoke to her a week later. The extra ceramic pot wasn't with the plant either and there is no tag or packaging to say it was from Marks and Spencer. I suggest a photo be taken when the gift is left at the front door so we can know if a neighbour as taken it and exchanged it for something else. Disappointing 😞
