Through Column, you’ll be able to place your notices, view proofs, pay invoices, and receive your affidavits all in one easy-to-use platform.

In order to publish on the requested day, notices must be submitted as follows:


  • Tuesday: Must be submitted no later than Monday at 2 p.m
  • Wednesday: Must be submitted no later than Tuesday at 2 p.m.
  • Thursday: Must be submitted no later than Wednesday at 2 p.m.
  • Friday: Must be submitted no later than Thursday at 2 p.m.
  • Saturday: Must be submitted no later than Thursday at 3:00 p.m.
  • There is no Sunday or Monday paper.
  • All notices must be placed through our website by clicking on the link below.
  • Notices will not be accepted via email, FAX, over the phone, or in person.
  • Notices must be uploaded using a text file or entered manually.
  • Suggested publication schedule for common notices:
  • ~ Name changes must run- 3 consecutive days
    ~ Notices to Creditors must run- 3 consecutive weeks
