Patrons are welcome to conduct business on the public sidewalk surrounding the YMCA property as is allowable by law. Freedom of Expression Areas are specifically designated areas on San Antonio Public Library grounds where free expression activities may occur.
Library Freedom of Expression Policy
Potranco is a co-located library branch inside a YMCA facility. As partners, the San Antonio Public Library and the YMCA are responsive to the needs of the community, providing programming for all ages, afterschool activities, and resources for active individuals and families.
