NARIC's staff is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern time (except during Federal holidays). You can reach us several ways:

Off-hours you may leave a message, and an information specialist will reply within one business day. You can click on the “Questions? Chat with the library” on any page to begin a session.
NEW: Office Hours Tuesday & Thursday 3-5pm ET
While we're always available during business hours to help, some patrons may be interested in setting up a time to meet virtually with an information specialist who can demonstrate how to search our databases and other library collections, or how to create effective web searches to get right to the resources you need. Office Hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 5pm ET. You can schedule a session via Teams, Zoom, or phone using our Calendly scheduler.
