Our company-wide, employee-run DEI Committee and Affinity Groups are active and inclusive of everyone in more than 20 global media brands, with inclusivity actions across recruitment, education, awareness and more. Recent initiatives include a PMC-funded book club, a Women Leaders at PMC interview series and PMC-matched fundraising.
Throughout the year, PMC offers DEI Listening Circles led by experienced facilitators, fostering important conversations and learnings amongst all staff.

The Committee’s mission is to foster and reinforce an inclusive environment for ALL our colleagues across PMC brands and inform PMC leadership of opportunities to strengthen and broadcast the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Some highlights of what our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee members do include our internal Center of Excellence program and relationship-building with organizations, schools and small businesses such as National Association of Black Journalist (NABJ), Howard University, Inevitable Foundation, LaVant Consulting and AHRC (employment for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities).
They are focused on these main areas: Talent Acquisition, Building Awareness, Education, Internal Talent Development, Freelancer and Contributor Information Centralization, and Communication.
