  I came to the concert with my son, who is a teen

  He made discover the music of Alec Benjamin a year and a half ago, which I really enjoyed; yesterday the concert was really nice, I sang, danced and screamed!!!

  I’ll let my son write more below:

  I love your music and I told my friends, teachers and classmates about you. Please come back to New York again because you were amazing. I even realized that a girl at my school knew about you and we had a conversation about your performance and we both agreed that you were great. I really loved when you were shouting your friends out and how Harry Hudson(whom I met after the concert and who was also amazing and kind) was your friend and not just someone famous that would bring attention to your concert, it made the concert so much better. I posted two long videos on Snapchat and in both videos I was singing. Something I don’t normally do because I’m really shy. I bought Merch and I love it SO MUCH and can’t wait to see you again.

• There were maybe 120 people in the crowd and that’s just how I like it. I was literally touching the stage and it was like the best experience of my life. It was a $15 show but literally better than any other I’ve ever gone to. The opener, Kyle Nicolaides, is actually like my new favorite. I love him so much and he was so funny! Then, Alec came on, and of course he was fantastic. He sounded exactly like the records as far as voice range, but you could also tell it was real because of the ways he might hold for longer or the way his mouth would warble with the notes. It was absolutely beautiful and the best part was meeting them all afterward. I will never forget this and I’m so glad I came. This is my favorite concert by far!

• I highly recommend seeing Alec Benjamin, especially if you like music with lyrics that have a true meaning. He is so sweet and kind and it really touched my heart that he wanted to meet everyone after the show to say hi and get a hug. He was also really funny on stage, joking around and telling stories, which really showed how down to earth he is. He talked to the crowd as if he already knew us, and that was really cool. He sounds amazing live, almost like if he had a pre-recording, but you could tell he didn't because he would switch up the way the songs were sang a little. Overall, it was just an amazing concert that felt like an intimate acoustic performance.

• It was my first concert and it was amazing! Alec is such a simple guy and you can’t help but love him and his music . I wish I could go to his other shows in the country but I can’t. I saw Alec hours before the show started and he hugged me before he went in, he was super confused where the entrance was(so adorable) My friend and I were the first two people there and a guy that works there saw me with my poster with pictures of when I first met Alec in NoHo. At the end of the show he took that same poster and got Alec to sign and videotape a message for me. I’m beyond happy for that experience and I’m really glad that I went.

• Alec was the second concert I ever went to and was honestly so amazing. The venue was so intimate and he was funny and kind and a bit awkward buts very endearing. He’s got a undeniable charm to him and is extremely talented and good at his craft. His voice is absolutely amazing and the sound guy only had to add reverb. He really does doing exactly the same as on the tracks. We got to meet him after the show and while he’s a bit awkward it’s still so fun and exciting. He’s a really great performer and I’m so porous of how far he’s come and I know he has a lot farther to go.

• It was so much fun!! His opening act was Plested. They both us some interesting stories of moments that happened recently for them. They were awesome. Plested told us he was going to actually miss us. Alec Benjamin loves us so much that he got 2 different types of pictures of us and even did a surprise meet and greet afterwards which I am still extremely thankful for and in shock about still. :)

  It was so fun. The speakers had a soft sound to them which made the experience that ever more enjoyable. And yeah... the whole concert was just so fun to experience!! :)

• I’ve never been to a concert, this was my first actual one. And I couldn’t have been more grateful to know that my first ever concert was gonna be my favorite artist. Loved it so much. This was a dream come true. A checklist to one of my goals in life. This was very unbelievable and I still think it was a dream. But it really wasn’t. I love him so much. Since the concert I haven’t stopped listening to his music, and I listen to him everyday but now is just like I’m re watching him on that stage.

• I had the best time ever. I’ve had a dream for a few years now to be able to sing with Alec Benjamin, and at his concert last night my dream finally came true. It was absolutely amazing. He sounds exactly the same as in his recordings and most artists don’t sound the same because they use auto tune. That’s what makes him amazing he has a great voice no matter what. It was just a dream come true to meet him and sing with him. Thank you!

• This show was one of the best shows I have ever been to I loved the opening act he was incredible. I had the VIP tickets and everything extra that came with that was worth every exa cent I had to pay. Everything to do with the show was wonderful. However there where some fans in the general admission main area that where pushing and it made some of an uncomfortable show but everything else was soooo good it din't matter at all.

• Hilarious and talented guy, he had a great connection with the audience! Great voice and stage presence. Skilled band, too. Professional in handling unexpected things, even let his focus be caught by a sign in the audience, and then took the girl up on stage to hug her and lead a 'Happy Birthday'-song to her in honour of her 18th birthday. All round a great concert, 6/6 "stars"!
