  I had a really really nice time seeing The Japanese House play last night in Cleveland. It was only the second night of their tour and they played amazing. The opener, Blaise Moore was engaging and offered a nice intro. Amber, who fronts The Japanese House was super gracious and humble throughout the show. She introduced nearly every song which was nice. I wasn't sure what the vibe would be but the band clearly loves playing their music and they were cool without seeming cold. I would gladly see them again and I look forward to their upcoming music!

• The Japanese House was great! Good sound, cool stage and a lot of interaction with the crowd. Lots of fan favorites and so effortless. Saw them open for the 1975 in the summer at a larger venue, so it was great to see them close up in a smaller place.

  The opening act (our girl) was good. Heavy guitars in songs were very cool. Sound was a little muddled, but the guitar jams! Wow!

  Good merch table.

  The Phoenix is a good venue. Smaller, which makes for great experience.

• The Japanese House are a band I had discovered quite a while ago now and have liked ever since. They have so much talent and so I was very excited to see them live for the first time.

  The experience was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was great, due to the band being so well known since The 1975 brought them onto the music scene.

  Overall, it was a really good night and I even got a lovely picture with Amber, who was very chill!

• Amazing vibes and pure talent. Great, great show. They kind of have an 80s thing going on for some of their songs. The groovy guitar sounds I think were the best part. Always great when go you go to a concert and discover more awesome songs you didn't know by the artist.

• Fantastic concert! I wasn't sure how her music would translate to live performance, but it fully exceeded my expectations. She was a great performer, super engaging and fun, and her band was on point as well. Hope she comes back to Toronto soon!

• best show ever! venue was clean, staff were friendly, and the show had great sound too. i got there early, and was able to be in the front row. 10/10
