Isaac Gracie: Songs from my bedroom

Isaac Gracie

Introed to his fans as an evening of rough around the edges music plus a chance to connect and take questions from the audience, Gracie announced the show to his fans using a DIY poster, drawing hundreds of replies of excitement for this stripped back, intimate evening.

Gracie warmed the audience with his gorgeous vocals and some familiar songs from the corner of his bedroom.

Surprised at the 1k plus fans that tuned into Instagram live to join him, heart-eyed emojis and messages of delights and gratefulness filled the comments as a shy and nervous Gracie took us through an intimate and relaxed set, drawing most from his debut self titled debut album. Ripped jeans, his signature baggy shirt and a Stella in hand, just Gracie and guitar proved that simplicity can be king.

His beautiful artistry and songwriting help to uplift his audience at the best of times and that night provided the perfect form of escapism from the crazy world around. Gracie proved that you don’t need high production or a professional set up to connect with your audience, talent and a sublime voice will shine through nonetheless.

Modest and understated, we hope that after the success of the evening Gracie has the confidence to come back and share his talents with us again. That being said, It would be a joy to see him master a full-production live stream concert in the future. Here, more rocky and explosive numbers like the death of you & I, would really shine through.
