     Philippe III, Roi de France was born on 1 May 1245 at Poissy, Île-de-France, FranceG.3 He was the son of Louis IX, Roi de France and Marguerite de Provence.1,4 He married, firstly, Isabel de Aragón, daughter of Jaime I, Rey de Aragón and Yolante Arpád, on 28 May 1262 at Clement-en-AuvergneG.4 He married, secondly, Marie de Brabant, daughter of Henri III de Brabant, Duc de Brabant and Alix de Bourgogne, on 23 August 1274. He died on 5 October 1285 at age 40 at Perpignan, Roussillon, FranceG.4 He was buried at Saint-Denis, Île-de-France, FranceG.3

He married, secondly, Marie de Luxembourg, daughter of Henri VII de Luxembourg, Holy Roman Emperor and Marguerite de Brabant, on 21 September 1322 at Paris, FranceG.
