Lt.-Gen. Charles William Tremenheere was born in 1813.3 He was the son of Colonel Walter Tremenheere and Frances Apperley.3 He married Camilla Eliza Greig, daughter of Robert Greig, on 26 May 1841 at St. Mary's Church, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.2,4 He died in 1898.3

Maud Caroline Tremenheere was born on 14 June 1852 at Colona, Bombay, India.2,3 She was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles William Tremenheere and Camilla Eliza Greig.4,2 She married Arthur John Caswall Dowding, son of Reverend Benjamin Charles Dowding and Maria Caswall, in 1880.1 She died on 20 September 1934 at age 82.1

Derek Hugh Tremenheere Dowding, 2nd Baron Dowding was born on 9 January 1919 at Acomb, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Air Chief Marshal Hugh Caswall Tremenheere Dowding, 1st Baron Dowding and Clarice Maud Williams.2 He married, firstly, Joan Myrtle Stuart, daughter of Donald James Stuart, on 17 February 1940.1 He and Joan Myrtle Stuart were divorced in 1946.1 He married, secondly, Alison Margaret Bannerman, daughter of James Bannerman, on 7 May 1947.3 He and Alison Margaret Bannerman were divorced in 1960.3 He married, thirdly, Odette L. M. S. Houles, daughter of Louis Joseph Houles, on 17 December 1961.3 He died on 22 November 1992 at age 73 at London, EnglandG.1,4
