Paul is a Broadcast Recording Technician, which is just a fancy name for an audio engineer. He is responsible for recording, editing and mixing news stories and feature pieces for Morning Edition and All Things Considered. He also voice coaches reporters from time to time, handles miscellaneous audio concerns and annoys editors with small technical details.

Before joining WBUR, Paul was a guitar instructor, sound guy for music venues, and recorded albums for local artists. Outside of WBUR, he plays guitar and drums in rock bands.
