Obligations

It is the contributor's obligation to make sure that he has agreement from the copyright's owner to publish the information on the Wrecksite and to fill in the fields provided by the Wrecksite to credit the owner.
At every user's update action, whether it is on general content, history, the wreck today, positions, images, documents, the wrecksite provides the user with at least two fields to include a link to the copyright's owner website or to simply mention the Copyright's owner in a text field or to reference to a book or any other media.

The Wrecksite will remove a user who is infringing copyrights, along with his/her updates. In order to do so, the wrecksite logs and knows exactly who did what at what time.

Note: Any contributer (=user/partner/administrator) who subscribes to the Wrecksite, can update the wrecksite. At the subscription stage, the user is asked explicitly to read and agree with the conditions described here. If the user does not agree on these terms, he will be refused to subscribe to the wrecksite.

Copyright Infringement

Whenever the Wrecksite would be sued for Copyright infringement, it will pass responsibility to the contributor and eventually start a procedure against the user in order to recover the costs involved in the Copyrighter's claim.

Other websites

Another website that has interesting content to publish on the wrecksite is NOT necessarily the copyright owner.
In many cases, asking the permission to publish to the webmaster is NOT enough.
Many websites on the internet just copy information, without giving credits to the author or copyrights owner.
The Wrecksite is against these practices.
