Eco Car Cafe - Bellevue

Just found this shop in DT Bellevue located at Bellevue Place. Super convenient as our offices are located next door and they offer full car care service options!
They got our truck looking like new and offer commercial/fleet discounts. We will definitely be using them for the rest of our vehicles. They even just started offering tint which we need on some of our work trucks for security reasons.

You need to explicitly say on your website details that your Eco Wash does not include interior cleaning/vacuuming. For a $50 price tag, I expected even a little bit of interior cleaning or at least a vacuum. I wasted my time and money. You can't even throw in a quick vacuum for a $50 value.

To top this off, I made an appointment but still had to wait 1 hour as they had to service other cars, making the appointment time almost useless. As for the exterior cleaning, it is mediocre at best as there were some kind of marks left on my windshield. And I don't know what kind of pressure wash you did but water got into my rear tail light. As you recommended to me, I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Used this detailing service once for prep my car for a wrap. They did a great job, though it took longer than I expected (the expected time on the website for the appointment was 30mins -- it took closer to an hour). Appreciated the quality and attention to detail!

We had the unfortunate timing of a truck running over a can of spray foam in the middle of the road and exploded on the side of our car. The staff at Eco Car were all amazing, super friendly, and did an excellent job removing as much as they could in the time they had to get it off. I had already tried multiple ways to remove what was basically glue that was dried onto the car. My husband was super happy with the results and thought it would be a lost cause, so you all did a great job of figuring out how to get the side of our car looking like new again!

I've had tow appointments with this business. The first was a mobile service. They called to confirm the day before and had a ton of questions about my street for them to work. I totally understand safety, but in the end basically because I don't have a driveway they could not to the service. So we cancelled and I booked an appointment for the Bellevue location .
I pulled up and before the technician even looked at my car he started to tell me I needed all these extra services because my car was so dirty. He wanted extra to get the gunk from the leaves off the back window (pollen) saying it took special stuff to do that (?? Ummm, nope) and then wanted extra for cleaning the trunk carpet. I declined and said I just wanted the standard detail.
I was gone about 15 minutes when someone else called me and told me how they needed more time and it would be $150 more since my car was so dirty. He was pretty rude and basically told me that I was a crappy owner since my car was so dirty and they have standards to live up to and I wasn't giving them enough money to do the job. I went and picked up my car. (Discovered later that they had changed multiple settings on my Tesla!)
Went to Derek's in Seattle. $300 and the car looks like new. No rude upsell attempts or jerks to deal with.

This place is great. I think their prices are super reasonable and the guys there really take care of my car. I've gotten the exclusive and the elite before and have been taking my car here for the past 3-4 years now. I am a returning customer and will continue to use Eco Car Cafe in the future.

Came in to get my Tesla Model Y cleaned up, The console was still dirty on the edges and inside (as well as the cupholder), there was still smudges on the door panels both front and back of the vehicle (inside) and my seats had dirt smudges in the rear driver side (white seats). Overall disappointed for the whopping $140 cost. I expect better for $140, I could've cleaned it myself for free and done the same kind of quality. The outside wash was good I can't complain, but the inside was rushed.
They also unfortunately broke the sensor on the rear passenger door somehow, once I took it home the alarm kept going off, took it to Tesla for a repair and they had to replace the exterior door handle and added a new window switch. Hoping next time is a better experience.

One of the few places in Bellevue that does a great job for a great rate! Their service is 5/5 and every time I leave, I am very satisfied with the job they did.

If I could give it a 4.5/5 over a 5/5, I would mainly because the few times I went there - I waited longer than expected for my car to be complete. I understand that things can get backed up sometimes, but last time I had to wait an hour for what was supposed to be a 30 min service even though I made an appointment. That is my only complaint! Aside from that, I would highly recommend. The staff is nice and you can tell they really make sure everything looks perfect before you drive it off that lot.

I had my car sitting for 2-3 months and sadly had mold build up. Thankfully I had a friend recommend this place and had the best experience, Rodrigo was super friendly and assured me they would get my car looking nice and clean. Super happy with the end results ! Thank you to Rodrigo and his crew for getting my car all cleaned up. 10/10 recommend.
