Graduation certificate collection arrangement for SUMMER CONGREGATION 2024

For graduates attending the VIRTUAL SUMMER CONGREGATION on June 11, 2024, the graduation certificates will be available for collection in accordance with the following schedule:

Start date for collection (or dispatch) of graduation certificate Venue Documents required for in-person collection of graduation certificate
From 2 p.m. of June 11, 2024 (Tue) (Hong Kong Time) onwards Academic Services Office (Location and Office Hours – refer to “Contact ASO”)  HKID card / Mainland Resident ID card / Passport (electronic copy is not accepted)

 

For graduates attending the IN-PERSON SUMMER CONGREGATION, the graduation certificates will be available for collection in accordance with the following schedule:

Please note that Hong Kong Post requires more time to deliver mail to Macau and destinations in the Mainland China.

If you are in urgent need of the certificate, please consider collecting your certificate in person or authorize a delegate to collect the certificate on your behalf as it takes time for mail to reach its destination.

If you wish to appoint an authorized delegate to collect the certificate on your behalf or to request the certificate to be sent to you by mail, please complete the procedures online under the section "Arrangement for the Collection of Graduation Certificate" at https://ase.hku.hk/asoffice.

In case the congregation ceremony is cancelled due to bad weather, the certificate collection schedule for the Faculty concerned will subject to change and the revised certificate collection schedule will be announced through the ASO website under the section "Arrangement for the Collection of Graduation Certificate" at https://ase.hku.hk/asoffice.

A paper folder will be provided for you to keep the certificate.
