利り伯はく法典ほうてん（Lieber Code），正式せいしき名称めいしょう为"一般いっぱん命令めいれい第だい100号ごう（General Orders No. 100），副官ふっかん长办公おおやけ室しつ，1863年ねん"^[1]^[2]，是ぜ由美ゆみ国こく总统亚伯拉ひしげ罕·林りん肯在ざい美国びくに内ない战期き间的1863年ねん4月がつ24日にち签署的てき指令しれい，教きょう导联邦军士し兵へい在ざい战时应该如何いか行ぎょう动。它由美国びくに法律ほうりつ学者がくしゃ和わ政治せいじ哲学てつがく家か弗どる朗ろう西にし斯·利り伯はく而得名めい。
