Thomas Montague Morrison Wilde, 3rd Baron Truro of Bowes was born on 11 March 1856 at Higher Ardwick, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Hon. Thomas Montague Carrington Wilde and Emily Chapman.1 He married Alice Edith Maunsell, daughter of Captain Edward Eyre Maunsell and Louisa Waller, on 11 April 1882.1 He died on 8 March 1899 at age 42 at Mentone, Alpes-Maritimes, FranceG, from pneumonia, without issue.1 He was buried on 17 March 1899 at Lee, Kent, EnglandG.1
He was educated between 1869 and 1871 at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He matriculated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, on 28 February 1874.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1878 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1878 entitled to practise as a Barrister.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Truro of Bowes, co. Alice Edith Maunsell was the daughter of Captain Edward Eyre Maunsell and Louisa Waller.1 She married Thomas Montague Morrison Wilde, 3rd Baron Truro of Bowes, son of Hon. Thomas Montague Carrington Wilde and Emily Chapman, on 11 April 1882.1 She died on 27 November 1911 at Wood End House, Hayes, London, EnglandG.1 She was buried on 1 December 1911 at Lee, Kent, EnglandG.1 Her will was proven (by probate) on 22 January 1912, at £31,744 gross, and £31,569 net.1
From 11 April 1882, her married name became Wilde.1 After her marriage, Alice Edith Maunsell was styled as Baroness Truro of Bowes on 27 March 1891.
