Major Terence Eden, 8th Baron Auckland was born on 3 November 1892.1 He was the son of Hon. George Eden and Amy Violet Hay-Drummond.1 He married Evelyn Vane Drummond of Cromlix, daughter of Colonel Arthur William Henry Drummond of Cromlix and Mary Scott, on 12 September 1925.1 He died on 14 September 1957 at age 64.1

Evelyn Vane Drummond of Cromlix was born on 25 November 1904.3 She was the daughter of Colonel Arthur William Henry Drummond of Cromlix and Mary Scott.1,3 She married Major Terence Eden, 8th Baron Auckland, son of Hon. George Eden and Amy Violet Hay-Drummond, on 12 September 1925.1 She died on 23 November 1971 at age 66.2
