     Mary Rosamond McCorquodale was born on 19 October 1897.2 She was the daughter of Norman McCorquodale and Constance Helena Burton.2,1 She married Reverend John Stanley Gibbs, son of Reverend William Cobham Gibbs and Annie Katharina Downall, on 24 April 1924.1 She died on 17 February 1966 at age 68, after a car accident.2
     From 24 April 1924, her married name became Gibbs.1

     Norman McCorquodale was born on 24 October 1863.2 He was the son of George McCorquodale and Louisa Kate Honan.3 He married Constance Helena Burton, daughter of Edmund Charles Burton, on 7 January 1897.2 He died on 3 January 1938 at age 74.2
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Pembroke College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire in 1909.2 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1920.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Winslow Hall, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1
