     Halswell Milborne Kemeys-Tynte was born in 1852.2 He was the son of Charles Kemeys Kemeys-Tynte and Mary Frome.2 He married Rosabelle Clare Walsh, daughter of Theobald Walsh and Isabel (?), on 25 September 1875.2 He died on 18 February 1899.2

     Rosabelle Clare Walsh was the daughter of Theobald Walsh and Isabel (?)1,2 She married, firstly, Halswell Milborne Kemeys-Tynte, son of Charles Kemeys Kemeys-Tynte and Mary Frome, on 25 September 1875.1 She married, secondly, Colonel Henry de Courcy Rawlins, son of Colonel Henry Williams Rawlins and Emma Matilda Patton, on 2 June 1900 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.2 She died on 18 August 1931.
     From 25 September 1875, her married name became Kemeys-Tynte. From 2 June 1900, her married name became Rawlins.

     Charles Theodore Halswell Kemeys-Tynte, 8th Baron Wharton was born on 18 September 1876. He was the son of Halswell Milborne Kemeys-Tynte and Rosabelle Clare Walsh.1 He married Dorothy Ellis, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Sir Arthur Edward Augustus Ellis and Hon. Mina Frances Labouchere, on 10 August 1899.2 He died on 4 March 1934 at age 57.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Monmouthshire.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Somerset.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers.2 He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1918.2 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Wharton, of Wharton, co. Westmorland [E., 1544] on 15 February 1916, on termination of abeyance in Barony in his favour when a writ of summons to Parliament was issued.1
