This movie is like season 4 of this series.
Story is similar to hollywood movies where terrorists with knowledge and intricate planning try to do the impossible.
Though the story was good, they have spoilt it to make the 2 girls seem like heroes. The action is just too over the top. Natsumi's strength was fun when it was sort of realistic, but here they have gone too far (the foot braking thing has now become annoying).
The show was initially nice because it was slice of life kind of story with lots of love and fun. It does not work when its too serious.

Bokutou Precinct rarely deals with criminals more nefarious than speeding sports car drivers. So when the officers Nikaidou Yoriko and Aoi Futaba find a cache of illegal firearms in a stolen car, and a rash of traffic control malfunctions snarls traffic along Tokyo's streets, it is up to Tokyo's finest to figure out what has gone wrong. And of course, it will take the talents of Kobayakawa Miyuki and Tsujimoto Natsumi to crack the case. But will Miyuki's trusty Mini-Pat and Natsumi's fierce determination be enough to stop a devious mastermind from exploiting the weaknesses of the system, crippling Tokyo — and the world — for good?

A decent watch, but nothing too special here. You can skip on this if you're not a fan of the Taiho Shichau zo series.
