I think you mean volume 8, which is the two side stories. 7 and 9 are connected, so this is fine. What I don't really get is why they're telling the two side stories in such a mashed-up way...

I haven't rechecked the volume myself, but Wikia seems to disagree; going by it, all the content so far is taken from volume 8, and the army is summoned near the end of Enri's half of the volume.

¬.¬ Dude, don't quote wikis. And considering I've reread Overlord enough times to memorize it you can take my words for it. The Army is summoned in the 2nd half of Volume 9 when prince idiot thought it was an idea to subjugate the village and take them as hostages against Ainz.

Nah, I'm just stupid I got confused. The wiki said that she blew the horn in volume 9. Not sure why I thought otherwise. But all the content so far (plot-wise) is from volume 8. Whether any characters show up out of turn is a different story.
