Measurements of the $CP$-even fractions of $D^0\toπぱい^{+}πぱい^{-}πぱい^{0}$ and $D^0\to K^{+}K^{-}πぱい^{0}$ at BESIII

Abstract: The $CP$-even fractions ($F_{+}$) of the decays $D^0\toπぱい^{+}πぱい^{-}πぱい^{0}$ and $D^0\to K^{+}K^{-}πぱい^{0}$ are measured with a quantum-correlated $ψぷさい(3770)\to D\bar{D}$ data sample collected by the BESIII experiment corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.93 $\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$. The results are $F_{+}^{πぱい^{+}πぱい^{-}πぱい^{0}}=0.9406\pm0.0036\pm0.0021$ and $F_{+}^{K^{+}K^{-}πぱい^{0}}=0.631\pm0.014\pm0.011$, w… ▽ More The $CP$-even fractions ($F_{+}$) of the decays $D^0\toπぱい^{+}πぱい^{-}πぱい^{0}$ and $D^0\to K^{+}K^{-}πぱい^{0}$ are measured with a quantum-correlated $ψぷさい(3770)\to D\bar{D}$ data sample collected by the BESIII experiment corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.93 $\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$. These measurements are consistent with the previous determinations, and the uncertainties for $F_{+}^{πぱい^{+}πぱい^{-}πぱい^{0}}$ and $F_{+}^{K^{+}K^{-}πぱい^{0}}$ are reduced by factors of 3.9 and 2.6, respectively. The up-down asymmetries of the ${Ξくしー_{b}^{0(-)}\toΞくしー_{c}(3055)^{+(0)}πぱい^{-}}$ transitions are measured to be $-0.92\pm0.10\pm0.05$ ($-0.92\pm0.16\pm0.22$), consistent with maximal parity violation, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. These results support the hypothesis that the $Ξくしー_{c}(3055)^{+(0)}$ baryons correspond to the first $D$-wave $λらむだ$-mode excitation of the $Ξくしー_{c}$ flavor triplet. △ Less

Abstract: We present a study of the semileptonic decay $D^0\rightarrow πぱい^-πぱい^0e^{+}νにゅー_{e}$ using an $e^+e^-$ annihilation data sample of $7.93~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ collected at the center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector. This paper details a study of muon-related backgrounds based on 1178 days of data collected by the 1-ton prototype neutrino detector used for the Jinping Neutrino Experiment (JNE) since 2017. The apparent effects of detectors' finite size on the measured result are first discussed in detail. The analysis of 493 cosmic-ray muon candidates and $13.6\pm5.7$ cosmogenic neutron candidates, along with a thorough evaluation of detection efficiency and uncertainties, gives a muon flux of $(3.56\pm0.16_{\mathrm{stat.}}\pm0.10_{\mathrm{syst.}})\times10^{-10}~\mathrm{cm}^{-2}\mathrm{s^{-1}}$ and a cosmogenic neutron yield of $(3.37\pm 1.41_{\mathrm{stat.}}\pm 0.31_{\mathrm{sys.}}) \times 10^{-4}~\mathrmμみゅー^{-1} \mathrm{g}^{-1} \mathrm{cm}^{2}$ in LAB-based liquid scintillator. △ Less

For the first time, the $\itΛらむだ^\mathrm{0}_b \to \itΛらむだ_c^+ h^-$ decay parameters are measured. The most precise measurements of the decay parameters $αあるふぁ, βべーた$ and $γがんま$ are obtained for $\itΛらむだ_c^+$ decays and an independent measurement of the decay parameters for the strange-baryon $\itΛらむだ$ decay is provided. Searching for the massless dark photon in $c\to uγがんま'$

Abstract: In the effective field theory, the massless dark photon $γがんま'$ can only couple with the Standard Model particle through operators of dimension higher than four, thereby offering a high sensitivity to the new physics energy scale. Using $7.9~\rm{fb^{-1}}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we measure the effective flavor-chang… ▽ More In the effective field theory, the massless dark photon $γがんま'$ can only couple with the Standard Model particle through operators of dimension higher than four, thereby offering a high sensitivity to the new physics energy scale. Using $7.9~\rm{fb^{-1}}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we measure the effective flavor-changing neutral current coupling of $cuγがんま'$ in $D^0\toωおめがγがんま'$ and $D^0\toγがんまγがんま'$ processes to search for the massless dark photon. No significant signals are observed, and the upper limits at the 90% confidence level on the massless dark photon branching fraction are set to be $1.1\times10^{-5}$ and $2.0\times10^{-6}$ for $D^0\toωおめがγがんま'$ and $D^0\toγがんまγがんま'$, respectively. These results provide the most stringent constraint on the new physics energy scale associated with $cuγがんま'$ coupling in the world, with the new physics energy scale related parameter $|\mathbb{C}|^2+|\mathbb{C}_5|^2<8.2\times10^{-17}~\rm{GeV}^{-2}$ at the 90% confidence level, playing a unique role in the dark sector search with the charm sector. △ Less

Abstract: A search for violation of the charge-parity $C\!P$ symmetry in the $D^+\rightarrow K^-K^+πぱい^+$ decay is presented, with proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.4 fb$^{-1}$, collected at a center-of-mass energy of $13$ TeV with the LHCb detector. Searching for MeV-scale Axion-like Particles and Dark Photons with PandaX-4T

We present an energy-dependent measurement of the inelastic cross section of protons and helium-4 nuclei (alpha particles) on a Bi$_4$Ge$_3$O$_{12}$ target, using 88 months of data collected by the DAMPE space mission. The kinetic energy range per nucleon of the measurement points ranges from 18 GeV to 9 TeV for protons, and from 5 GeV/n to 3 TeV/n for helium-4 nuclei. Our results lead to a significant improvement of the CR flux normalisation. In the case of helium-4, these results correspond to the first cross section measurements on a heavy target material at energies above 10 GeV/n. △ Less

Abstract: Measurements of the strong-phase difference between $D^0$ and $\bar{D}^0\toπぱい^+πぱい^-πぱい^+πぱい^-$ are performed in bins of phase space. Here, $D$ denotes a neutral charm meson in a… ▽ More Measurements of the strong-phase difference between $D^0$ and $\bar{D}^0\toπぱい^+πぱい^-πぱい^+πぱい^-$ are performed in bins of phase space. The study exploits a sample of quantum-correlated $D\bar{D}$ mesons collected by the BESIII experiment in $e^+e^-$ collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773~GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93~fb$^{-1}$. Here, $D$ denotes a neutral charm meson in a superposition of flavor eigenstates. The reported results are valuable for measurements of the $C\!P$-violating phase $γがんま$ (also denoted $φふぁい_3$) in $B^\pm \to DK^\pm$, $D \to πぱい^+πぱい^-πぱい^+πぱい^-$ decays, and the binning schemes are designed to provide good statistical sensitivity to this parameter. The expected uncertainty on $γがんま$ arising from the precision of the strong-phase measurements, when applied to very large samples of $B$-meson decays, is around $1.5^\circ$ or $2^\circ$, depending on the binning scheme. The binned strong-phase parameters are combined to give a value of $F_+^{4πぱい} = 0.746 \pm 0.010 \pm 0.004$ for the $C\!P$-even fraction of $D^0 \to πぱい^+πぱい^-πぱい^+πぱい^-$ decays, which is around 30\% more precise than the previous best measurement of this quantity. △ Less

Thermal Management Design and Key Technology Validation for PandaX Underground Experiment

Abstract: The scale of liquid xenon experiments for rare events searching is expanding, which is planned even to fifty tons level. The detector and distillation tower require a reliable cooling source with large cooling power at liquid xenon temperature range. Pulse tube refrigerators and GM refrigerators, which were widely used in previous detectors, have the disadvantages of small cooling power, large spa… ▽ More The scale of liquid xenon experiments for rare events searching is expanding, which is planned even to fifty tons level. The detector and distillation tower require a reliable cooling source with large cooling power at liquid xenon temperature range. Pulse tube refrigerators and GM refrigerators, which were widely used in previous detectors, have the disadvantages of small cooling power, large space occupation, and non-standby mutuality, which become bottlenecks of the experiment scale expansion. In this study, an auto-cascade refrigerator with ethanol coolant is developed, and the heat transfer effect is improved by adopting the concentric shaft heat exchanger and after-pumping heat transfer scheme. The 2.5 kW stable cooling power is obtained at 155 K. Further, the feasibility and key technology of the centralized cooling system of 5 kw at 160 K is discussed. The study can simplify liquid xenon experimental auxiliary devices, which will be helpful for the PandaX-xT experiment scheme and its laboratory infrastructure design. △ Less

We also update the branching fractions of $χかい_{cJ}\to ωおめがωおめが$ and $χかい_{cJ}\toωおめがφふぁい$ decays via the $ψぷさい(2S)\toγがんまχかい_{cJ}$ transition. Searching for light long-lived particles at SHiNESS

[JHEP03(2024)148] proposed a new experiment called SHiNESS at the upcoming European Spallation Source (ESS) facility, making use of the 2-GeV proton beam there impinging on a fixed target, in order to search for hidden sterile neutrinos that could lie in different mass ranges and arise with distinct signatures. Such signatures include excesses in electron-positron pairs that… ▽ More Recently Soleti et al. [JHEP03(2024)148] proposed a new experiment called SHiNESS at the upcoming European Spallation Source (ESS) facility, making use of the 2-GeV proton beam there impinging on a fixed target, in order to search for hidden sterile neutrinos that could lie in different mass ranges and arise with distinct signatures. Such signatures include excesses in electron-positron pairs that may originate from displaced decays of long-lived particles (LLPs). At the ESS, the dominant sources of such LLPs are decays at rest of $πぱい^+$ mesons and $μみゅー^+$ leptons. We choose to investigate theoretical scenarios of long-lived light binos in the R-parity-violating supersymmetry and long-lived weak-violating electrophilic axionlike particles, as these LLPs can be produced from decays of $πぱい^+$ and $μみゅー^+$. Since the $πぱい^+$'s and $μみゅー^+$'s decay at rest at the ESS, we compute the spectra of the therefrom produced LLPs, and thus estimate the expected sensitivity reach of SHiNESS to the LLPs in these two scenarios. Our calculation shows that in most of the relevant benchmark scenarios, SHiNESS can probe large parameter regions of these models beyond the existing bounds, in just a couple of years of data-collection time. △ Less

Based on an analysis of the $D^+\to K_S^0πぱい^0e^+νにゅー_e$ decay dynamics, we observe the $S\text{-}{\rm wave}$ and $P$-wave components with fractions of $f_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}$ = $(6.13~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm ~0.30_{\rm syst.})\%$ and $f_{\bar K^{*}(892)^0}$ = $(93.88~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.29_{\rm syst.})$\%, respectively. From these results, we obtain the branching fractions ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to (K_S^0πぱい^0)_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}~e^+νにゅー_e$) = $(5.41~\pm~0.35_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.37_{\rm syst.})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to \bar K^{*}(892)^0e^+νにゅー_e$) = $(4.97~\pm~0.11_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.12_{\rm syst.})$\%. In addition, the hadronic form-factor ratios of $D^{+} \to \bar {K}^{*}(892)^0e^+νにゅー_e$ at $q^2=0$, assuming a single-pole dominance parameterization, are determined to be $r_V=\frac{V(0)}{A_1(0)}= 1.43~\pm~0.07_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.03_{\rm syst.}$ and $r_2=\frac{A_2(0)}{A_1(0)}=0.72~\pm~0.06_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.02_{\rm syst.}$. △ Less

Here, ${\cal B}$ is the branching fraction of $ψぷさい(2S)\rightarrowγがんまπぱい^{0}$ and $φふぁい$ is the relative phase angle between the $ψぷさい(2S)$ and continuum amplitudes. Due to insufficient off-resonance data, the branching fraction ${\cal B}(ψぷさい(2S)\rightarrowγがんまπぱい^{0})$ is determined to be in the range $[2.7, 9.7]\times10^{-7}$ within one standard deviation of the contour region. △ Less

A blind analysis is carried out on the entire data set. The data processing is improved compared to previous work, unifying the low-level signal reconstruction in a wide energy range up to 120 keV. The product branching fractions are determined to be ${\mathcal B}(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}νにゅー_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^-\to ωおめがπぱい^-) = (0.72\pm0.18^{+0.06}_{-0.08})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}νにゅー_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^0~\to ωおめがπぱい^0) = (1.16\pm0.44\pm0.16)\times10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The ratio of their partial decay widths is determined to be $\frac{Γがんま(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}νにゅー_{e})}{2Γがんま(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}νにゅー_{e})}=0.78\pm0.19^{+0.04}_{-0.05}$, which is consistent with unity, predicted by isospin invariance, within uncertainties. △ Less

Abstract: A measurement of the time-dependent ratio of the $D^0\rightarrow K^+πぱい^-$ to $\overline{D}^0\rightarrow K^+πぱい^-$ decay rates is reported. The analysis uses a sample of proton-proton collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb$^-1$ recorded by the LHCb experiment from 2015 through 2018 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The analysis uses a sample of proton-proton collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6 fb$^-1$ recorded by the LHCb experiment from 2015 through 2018 at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The $D^0$ meson is required to originate from a $D^{*+}\rightarrow D^0πぱい^+$ decay, such that its flavor at production is inferred from the charge of the accompanying pion. The measurement is performed simultaneously for the $K^+πぱい^-$ and $K^-πぱい^+$ final states, allowing both mixing and $CP$-violation parameters to be determined. The value of the ratio of the decay rates at production is determined to be $R_{Kπぱい} = (343.1 \pm 2.0) \times 10^{-5}$. The mixing parameters are measured to be $c_{Kπぱい} = (51.4 \pm 3.5) \times 10^{-4}$ and $c_{Kπぱい}^{\prime} = (13 \pm 4) \times 10^{-6}$, where $\sqrt{R_{Kπぱい}}c_{Kπぱい}$ is the linear coefficient of the expansion of the ratio as a function of decay time in units of the $D^0$ lifetime, and $c_{Kπぱい}^{\prime}$ is the quadratic coefficient, both averaged between the $K^+πぱい^-$ and $K^-πぱい^+$ final states. The precision is improved relative to the previous best measurement by approximately 60%. No evidence for $CP$ violation is found. △ Less

Abstract: We present a measurement of $|V_{ub}|$ from a simultaneous study of the charmless semileptonic decays $B^0\toπぱい^- \ell^+ νにゅー_{\ell}$ and $B^+\toρろー^0 \ell^+νにゅー_{\ell}$, where $\ell = e, μみゅー$. This measurement uses a data sample of 387 million $B\overline{B}$ meson pairs recorded by the Belle~II detector at the SuperKEKB electron-positron collider between 2019 and 2022. The two decays are reconstructed without identifying the partner $B$ mesons. We simultaneously measure the differential branching fractions of $B^0\toπぱい^- \ell^+ νにゅー_{\ell}$ and $B^+\toρろー^0 \ell^+νにゅー_{\ell}$ decays as functions of $q^2$ (momentum transfer squared). From these, we obtain total branching fractions $B(B^0\toπぱい^- \ell^+ νにゅー_{\ell}) = (1.516 \pm 0.042 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 0.059 (\mathrm{syst})) \times 10^{-4}$ and $B(B^+\toρろー^0 \ell^+νにゅー_{\ell}) = (1.625 \pm 0.079 (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 0.180 (\mathrm{syst})) \times 10^{-4}$. By fitting the measured $B^0\toπぱい^- \ell^+ νにゅー_{\ell}$ partial branching fractions as functions of $q^2$, together with constraints on the non-perturbative hadronic contribution from lattice QCD calculations, we obtain $|V_{ub}|$ = $(3.93 \pm 0.09 \pm 0.13 \pm 0.19) \times 10^{-3}$. Search for $ηいーた_{c}(2S)\to K^+ K^- ηいーた^{\prime}$ decay

Abstract: Using $(2.712\pm0.014)\times10^{9}$ $ψぷさい(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII, we find an evidence of the $ηいーた_{c}(2S)\to K^+ K^- ηいーた^{\prime}$ decay with a statistical significance of 3.1$σしぐま$. In addition, the branching fractions of $χかい_{c1}\to K^+ K^- ηいーた^{\prime}$ and $χかい_{c2}\to K^+ K^- ηいーた^{\prime}$ are updated to be $(8.47\pm0.09(\mathrm{stat.})\pm0.47(\mathrm{syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$ and $(1.53\pm0.04(\mathrm{stat.})\pm0.08(\mathrm{syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$, respectively. The study is performed using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $2.2\,{fb}^{-1}$ collected in 2018 with the $LHCb$ detector. The production cross-section of the $ηいーた_c$ meson is measured in a rapidity range of $2.0 < y < 4.0$ and in a transverse momentum range of $5.0 < p_{T} < 20.0\,{GeV/\it{c}}$, which is extended compared with previous $LHCb$ analyses. The differential cross-section is measured in bins of $p_{T}$ and, for the first time, of $y$. Abstract: The first full amplitude analysis of $B^+ \to ψぷさい(2S) K^+ πぱい^+ πぱい^-$ decays is performed using proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $9\,\text{fb}^{-1}$ recorded with the LHCb detector. The rich $K^+ πぱい^+ πぱい^-$ spectrum is studied and the branching fractions of the resonant substructure associated with the prominent $K_1(1270)^+$ contribution are measured. The data ca… ▽ More The first full amplitude analysis of $B^+ \to ψぷさい(2S) K^+ πぱい^+ πぱい^-$ decays is performed using proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $9\,\text{fb}^{-1}$ recorded with the LHCb detector. The rich $K^+ πぱい^+ πぱい^-$ spectrum is studied and the branching fractions of the resonant substructure associated with the prominent $K_1(1270)^+$ contribution are measured. The data cannot be described by conventional strange and charmonium resonances only. An amplitude model with 53 components is developed comprising 11 hidden-charm exotic hadrons. New production mechanisms for charged charmonium-like states are observed. Significant resonant activity with spin-parity $J^P = 1^+$ in the $ψぷさい(2S) πぱい^+$ system is confirmed and a multi-pole structure is demonstrated. The spectral decomposition of the $ψぷさい(2S) πぱい^+ πぱい^-$ invariant-mass structure, dominated by $X^0 \to ψぷさい(2S) ρろー(770)^0$ decays, broadly resembles the $J/ψぷさいφふぁい$ spectrum observed in $B^+ \to J/ψぷさいφふぁいK^+$ decays. Here the third (external) systematic is from $\mathcal{B}(Λらむだ_{c}^{+} \to Λらむだπぱい^+ ηいーた)$. Finally, we precisely obtain the absolute branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(Λらむだ_{c}^{+} \to Λらむだπぱい^+ ηいーた) = (1.94 \pm 0.07_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.11_{\mathrm{syst}})\%$. △ Less

The branching fractions of $D_s^+\to\ell^+νにゅー_{\ell}\,(\ell=μみゅー,τたう)$ are measured to be $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\toμみゅー^+νにゅー_μみゅー)=(0.547\pm0.026_{\rm stat}\pm0.016_{\rm syst})\%$ a… ▽ More Based on $10.64~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data taken at center-of-mass energies between 4.237 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector, we study the leptonic $D^+_s$ decays using the $e^+e^-\to D^{*+}_{s} D^{*-}_{s}$ process. The branching fractions of $D_s^+\to\ell^+νにゅー_{\ell}\,(\ell=μみゅー,τたう)$ are measured to be $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\toμみゅー^+νにゅー_μみゅー)=(0.547\pm0.026_{\rm stat}\pm0.016_{\rm syst})\%$ and $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\toτたう^+νにゅー_τたう)=(5.60\pm0.16_{\rm stat}\pm0.20_{\rm syst})\%$, respectively. The product of the decay constant and Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|V_{cs}|$ is determined to be $f_{D_s^+}|V_{cs}|=(246.5\pm5.9_{\rm stat}\pm3.6_{\rm syst}\pm0.5_{\rm input})_{μみゅーνにゅー}~\mathrm{MeV}$ and $f_{D_s^+}|V_{cs}|=(252.7\pm3.6_{\rm stat}\pm4.5_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input}))_{τたうνにゅー}~\mathrm{MeV}$, respectively. Taking the value of $|V_{cs}|$ from a global fit in the Standard Model, we obtain ${f_{D^+_s}}=(252.8\pm6.0_{\rm stat}\pm3.7_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{μみゅーνにゅー}$ MeV and ${f_{D^+_s}}=(259.2\pm3.6_{\rm stat}\pm4.5_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{τたうνにゅー}$ MeV, respectively. Conversely, taking the value for $f_{D_s^+}$ from the latest lattice quantum chromodynamics calculation, we obtain $|V_{cs}| =(0.986\pm0.023_{\rm stat}\pm0.014_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{μみゅーνにゅー}$ and $|V_{cs}| = (1.011\pm0.014_{\rm stat}\pm0.018_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{τたうνにゅー}$, respectively. △ Less

First Indication of Solar $^8$B Neutrino Flux through Coherent Elastic Neutrino-Nucleus Scattering in PandaX-4T

Abstract: The PandaX-4T liquid xenon detector at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory is used to measure the solar $^8$B neutrino flux by detecting neutrinos through coherent scattering with xenon nuclei. Data samples requiring the coincidence of scintillation and ionization signals (paired), as well as unpaired ionization-only signals (US2), are selected with energy threshold of approximately 1.1 keV (… ▽ More The PandaX-4T liquid xenon detector at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory is used to measure the solar $^8$B neutrino flux by detecting neutrinos through coherent scattering with xenon nuclei. Combining the commissioning run and the first science run of PandaX-4T, a total exposure of 1.20 and 1.04 tonne$\cdot$year are collected for the paired and US2, respectively. After unblinding, 3 and 332 events are observed with an expectation of 2.8$\pm$0.5 and 251$\pm$32 background events, for the paired and US2 data, respectively. A combined analysis yields a best-fit $^8$B neutrino signal of 3.5 (75) events from the paired (US2) data sample, with $\sim$37\% uncertainty, and the background-only hypothesis is disfavored at 2.64$σしぐま$ significance. This gives a solar $^8$B neutrino flux of ($8.4\pm3.1$)$\times$10$^6$ cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$, consistent with the standard solar model prediction. The measured branching fractions are $(13.1^{+2.0 +1.3}_{-1.9 -1.2})\times 10^{-7}$ and $(7.5\pm 1.3^{+1.0}_{-0.8})\times 10^{-7}$ for $B^{+}\rightarrowρろー^{+}γがんま$ and $B^{0}\rightarrowρろー^{0}γがんま$ decays, respectively, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. We also measure the isospin asymmetry $A_{\rm I}(B\rightarrowρろーγがんま)=(10.9^{+11.2 +7.8}_{-11.7 -7.3})\%$ and the direct CP asymmetry $A_{CP}(B^{+}\rightarrowρろー^{+}γがんま)=(-8.2\pm 15.2^{+1.6}_{-1.2})\%$. △ Less

Abstract: The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ processes are studied using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies from 4.530 to 4.946~GeV. The absolute branching fractions of $D_{s1}(2536)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}K^-$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^0K^-$ are measured for the first time to be… ▽ More The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ processes are studied using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies from 4.530 to 4.946~GeV. The absolute branching fractions of $D_{s1}(2536)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}K^-$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^0K^-$ are measured for the first time to be $(35.9\pm 4.8\pm 3.5)\%$ and $(37.4\pm 3.1\pm 4.6)\%$, respectively. The measurements are in tension with predictions based on the assumption that the $D_{s1}(2536)$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)$ are dominated by a bare $c\bar{s}$ component. The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ cross sections are measured, and a resonant structure at around 4.6~GeV with a width of 50~MeV is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of $15σしぐま$ in the $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ process. It could be the $Y(4626)$ found by the Belle collaboration in the $D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^{-}$ final state, since they have similar masses and widths. Both results are compatible within their uncorrelated systematic uncertainties. The combined result is $\mathcal{B}(J/ψぷさい\to p \bar{p} ηいーた)=(1.495 \pm 0.001 \pm 0.023)\times\,10^{-3}$ where the first uncertainty is the combined statistical uncertainty and the second one the combined systematic uncertainty of both analyses, incorporating correlations between them. In addition, the $p \bar{p}$ threshold region is investigated for a potential threshold enhancement, and no evidence for one is observed. △ Less

Understanding the Emission and Morphology of the Unidentified Gamma-Ray Source TeV J2032+4130

Abstract: The first TeV gamma-ray source with no lower energy counterparts, TeV J2032+4130, was discovered by HEGRA. It appears in the third HAWC catalog as 3HWC J2031+415 and it is a bright TeV gamma-ray source whose emission has previously been resolved as 2 sources: HAWC J2031+415 and HAWC J2030+409. Measurement of the integrated luminosity of data samples collected during 2019-2022 by the Belle II experiment
