V505 Sagittarii (V505 Sgr / HD 187949)[7] ye un sistema estelar na constelación de Saxitariu. De magnitú aparente media +6,46, alcuéntrase aproximao a 398 años lluz del Sistema Solar.
El sistema V505 Sagittarii ta compuestu por siquier trés componentes.
Dos d'elles formen una binaria eclipsante —similar a Algol (
En redol al par interior orbita una tercera componente que'l so periodu orbital nun ye bien conocíu (diverses fontes dan valores de 38 y 60,1 años). Piénsase que, con una masa un 20% superior a la del Sol, ye una nana mariella de tipu espectral F7-8 V.[11] La órbita d'esta tercera componente, midida por interferometría de moteáu, suxure la presencia d'una cuartu oxetu, demasiáu tenue pa ser reparáu entá.[12]
