This looks like a user evading a block by editing as an IP. File:E JINGWEN - THE NEW KING OF COMEDY PRESS CONFERENCE.jpg was uploaded to Commons by Mickey Đại Phát (where they aren't blocked) earlier this month. Two minutes later Mickey Đại Phát added it to Wikidata (where they aren't blocked), at [1]. A minute after that Mickey Đại Phát added it to the Vietnamese-language Wikipedia (where they aren't blocked), at [2]. Three minutes after that, 115.74.42.2 added it to the English-language Wikipedia, at [3].

The same has been the case for some other infobox images, and both the IP and user have a warning for using non-standard formatting on music articles. Belbury (talk) 18:29, 27 May 2024 (UTC)
