[edit]I fear this page may be a resume... Pennywisepeter 17:13, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- It definitely is. 82.29.191.164 (talk) 10:54, 31 July 2023 (UTC)
Notability
[edit]For reference the discussion at [1] generally agreed that any Professor at the University of Manchester would be likely to meet the criteria for notability under WP:PROF, as long as the case for notability is made clear in the article. It just needs to be a bit more encyclopedic. Also it caused suspicion as the article was started by a user with the same name as the article (possible WP:COI).Billlion 22:10, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
From Colin Talbot: this page is indeed a resume posted by myself. If anyone wants to Google Scholar my contributions, or otherwise check my credentials they are welcome. You are also welcome to delete this - frankly I'm not too fussed either way. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.15.40.11 (talk) 23:31, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
- Colin, is there published biographical information that can be cited as a reliable source?Billlion (talk) 13:08, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
