Salvatore Schillaci (1 December 1964 – 18 September 2024) was an Italian football player. He played for Italy national team, until 1991.
Death
[change | change source]Schillaci was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2022. In September 2024, he was hospitalised in Palermo, Italy with an atrial arrhythmia.[1] Schillaci died on the morning of 18 September 2024, at the age of 59.[2][3]
