Founders and Joint CEOs, Ambassador Theatre Group

Sir Howard Panter and his wife and business partner Rosemary Squire have been jointly named the most powerful people in British theatre by The Stage in their annual Stage 100 List every year since 2010. Since they founded the Ambassador Theatre Group in 1992, Panter and Squire have built a theatre empire from the ground up, with Squire originally having to use her small red BMW as her office. Fast-forward to today and ATG is the world’s number one live theatre company and owns 45 venues across the UK, USA and Australia, as well as being one of the most internationally recognised producers of award-winning theatre.
