Unrivalled in his field, Andrew Lloyd Webber is synonymous with show-stopping musical theatre. The creator of shows such as Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Starlight Express and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Lloyd Webber has won a host of awards including four Grammys, one Golden Globe and one Oscar. He dropped out of Oxford, where he was studying history, to pursue his true passion, music, and he has been both knighted and appointed to the House of Lords in recognition of his services to UK performing arts.
